LIMITED EDITION PRINTS
Rolling In to Indianola
by Bob Kling
acrylic on canvas
48” x 36””
Commissioned by the Indianola Fine Arts Commission, this painting was created to commemorate the first ever overnight visit to Indianola by the Register’s Annual Great Bike Ride Across Iowa. I wanted to choose a view of Indianola through the wheel and spokes of a bicycle. I chose Buxton Park as a sight most recognizable to Indianolans and of course, the skies of Indianola are never complete without hot air balloons.
The painting was made into signed, limited edition prints by the Indianola Fine Arts Commission and were sold to raise money for the Fine Arts Commission during RAGBRAI's visit to Indianola.

Blake Autographs the Paintiing
Casey stopped by the studio shortly after I completed the painting and autographed it on the front (see photo, left). I hope you enjoy seeing this painting as much as I had fun painting it!. Now it’s a highly collectable piece of art and baseball memorabilia.
